 SetWhitePen()          Selects the white pen for painting

   Syntax:              SetWhitePen( <hDC> )  --> <hPrevPen>

   Parameters:

   <hDC>                Identifies the handle of the device context where
                        select a white pen.

   Returns:

   <hPrevPen>           Identifies the handle of the previous selected pen.
