 restorescrnd()      Restore screen with delay

 Declaration
   screen.hdr

 Syntax
   proc restorescrnd extern
   param value _HSCR hScreen, ;
         value uint  uDelay

 Arguments
   hScreen is a saved screen handle returned by savescrn().

   uDelay is the time delay in millisecs between each line is restored.

 Return
   None.

 Description
   The restorescrnd() procedure restores a saved screen line by line,
   delaying execution for the given time between the lines are restored.

 Example
   #define EXAMPLE_SCREEN

   proc Test_restorescrnd
   vardef
      _HSCR hScreen
   enddef
   hScreen := savescrn( 0, 0, 24, 79 )  // save screen
