 setblink()          Set screen blink mode and high intensity background

 Declaration
   screen.hdr

 Syntax
   func logical setblink extern
   param value logical lBlink

 Arguments
   lBlink indicates if blink mode is set to on.

 Return
   Previous blink setting.

 Description
   This function is used to define if color attributes above 127 cause
   blinking characters (lBlink set to .t.), or if characters are displayed
   with a high intensity background color (on EGA and VGA adapters only).

 Example
