   The Translator's Apprentice is a program internationalization toolkit
   that simplifies the conversion of new and existing Clipper programs  
   to external text for translation into other languages. Automatic     
   extraction of text into a compact runtime text file is provided.     
   Simple creation of other runtime files allows single executable to   
   appear in other languages by shipping the executable and the         
   appropriate text file. Many additional features.
