   ZIP/CLIP gives Clipper applications ZIP Code Intelligence by         
   providing instant access to a complete set of U.S. ZIP Codes and     
   related information:  cities, counties, states, telephone area codes,
   time zones, latitude/longitude and mileage grid coordinates.         
                                                                        
   ZIP/Clip library functions streamline address entry processing by    
   enabling the automatic fill-in of city, county, state and area code  
   fields when a ZIP Code is entered. ZIP/Clip can also perform nearest 
   dealer locating, calculate the distance or time difference between   
   any two locations, and much more.                                    
                                                                        
   ZIP/Clip's data file requires only one megabyte or less of disk      
   space, and is updated on a quarterly basis. A royalty fee is charged 
   on data files only.
