                                 L_CYLTSF()


Syntax:        L_CYLTSF(<expN1>,<expN2>)


Purpose:       To calculate the total surface area of a cylinder.


Arguments:     <expN1> is the radius of the cylinder.

               <expN2> is the height of the cylinder.


Returns:       The total surface area of the cylinder.


Examples:      ? L_CYLTSF(3.5,5)            && Result: 186.925
