                                 L_HEXTOD()


Syntax:        L_HEXTOD(<expC>)


Purpose:       To convert hexadecimal numbers to their decimal
               equivalent.


Arguments:     <expC> is a character expression representing a
               hexadecimal number.


Returns:       An integer numeric value.


Examples:      ? L_HEXTOD("1F")                 && Result: 31
               ? L_HEXTOD("3D")                 && Result: 61
