                                 L_OCTTOD()

Syntax:        L_OCTTOD(<expN>)


Purpose:       To convert octal numbers to decimal numbers.


Arguments:     <expN> is the octal number whose decimal equivalent is
               required.


Returns:       A numeric expression.


Examples:      ? L_OCTTOD(42)                   && Result: 34
               ? L_OCTTOD(17)                   && Result: 15
