 _fheapset()             Fills Empty Far Heap Nodes

  int _fheapset(fill);
 unsigned fill;                 Character to fill memory with

    This is the far heap version of _heapset(); it checks for
    consistency in the far heap and then sets the free entries to
    fill. It reports on the condition of the far heap by returning one
    of these constants:

               _HEAPBADBEGIN, _HEAPBADNODE, _HEAPEMPTY, or _HEAPOK

    Returns:        _HEAPBADBEGIN, _HEAPBADNODE, _HEAPEMPTY, or _HEAPOK

 Portability:   Not supported by the ANSI standard.
