 _nheapset() Fills Empty Near Heap Nodes

 #include   <malloc.h>

 int _nheapset(fill);
 unsigned fill; Fill value to use

    _nheapset() is the near heap version of _heapset(); it checks the
    near heap for minimal consistency and then sets the near heap's
    free entries to fill. This function reports on the condition of the
    near heap by returning one of these constants:

            _HEAPBADBEGIN _HEAPBADNODE _HEAPEMPTY _HEAPOK

    See _heapset() for more details.

    Returns: _HEAPBADBEGIN, _HEAPBADNODE, _HEAPEMPTY, or _HEAPOK

 Portability: Not supported by the ANSI standard.
