   -m[u|f]   Move files

  Normally, when PKZIP archives a file, it is making a copy of that file.
  The original file is not modified in any way.  By choosing the -m option,
  you may actually MOVE the file into the .ZIP file.

  After the ZIP operation is complete, PKZIP will delete all the files it
  just placed into the .ZIP file.  In effect moving the files from their
  previous location into the .ZIP file.

  This option may be combined with the Update (-u) and Freshen (-f) options.
  When this is done PKZIP will perform the Update or Freshen as it would
  normally, and then delete all the files that were placed into the archive.
