Syntax: PXTblUpGrade(TABLEHANDLE tblHandle)

Args: tblHandle - handle of the table to upgrade.

Returns: PXSUCCESS or error number

Synopsis: Upgrades a table from version 3.5 format to 4.0 format.
     Useful if you want to add composite or case-insensitve indices to
     your existing table.
