    WriteBlock          <Alt W> or <Alt F><W> or <Esc><F><W>

    Writes the currently marked Block to the named file.  The editor
    will prompt for the name of the file.

    If no block is currently marked, this will default to the entire file.

    If the file specified already exists, the editor will prompt:
