  Function       Returns the window-relative column of the EOS marker.
  Syntax         unsigned char weosc(void);
  Remarks        Operates on the currently written screen.  The upper left
                 corner of the window is (1,1).
  Return value   weosc returns an unsigned char between 1 and 255.
