BIN$                     Binary Value, as String

 s$ = BIN$(numexpr)

    Returns the binary string equivalent of its argument.

     numexpr    A numeric expression in the range -32768 to 65535.

   --------------------------------------------------------------------------

      Notes:    If numexpr is negative, BIN$ returns a two's complement
                value.

                Any fractional portion of numexpr is rounded before the
                string is created.
