 Make utilities

 Blinker works well with all the standard make utilities such as MAKE, NMAKE,
 Opus MAKE, RMAKE etc.

 When running DOS based batch files or make utilities under Windows or OS/2,
 remember to explicitly specify Blinker as BLINKER.COM to force it to run as
 a DOS program. If the '.COM' is omitted then Windows may run Blinker as a
 Windows program, which would cause the make utility to continue the build
 without waiting for Blinker to finish linking.
