dfUserName()
Returns the user name
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:

     dfUserName( [<cName>] ) --> cOldName

Parameters:

     <cName>    New user name

Returns:

     <cOldName> Current user name

Description:

     Returns the current user name and possibly changes it

Example:

     dfLogin() // Call the password system
     
     // Tests the user access level
     IF dfUserLev() < 3
        dbMsgErr( "User   " +dfUserName() + "//" +;
                  "Not qualified to use the program"  )
        QUIT
     ENDIF
