int pascal WinPuts(HWND hWnd, int row, int col, char *buf, WORD attr)

  This function outputs a string in a specified window. Clipping will
be performed on the output string.

Parameters
  hWnd is the handle of the window that we will write to.
  row and col are the 0-based coordinates relative to the upper-left
   corner of the client area of the window where the string will be
   written.
  buf is a pointer to the null-terminated string to write.
  attr specifies the color attributes of the string.

Returns
  Nothing.
