Syntax: int PXPutDate(RECORDHANDLE recHandle, FIELDHANDLE fldHandle,
                      long val)

Args: recHandle - record buffer handle
      fldHandle - field handle (number)
      val       - value to store in field fldHandle

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Places val into the record buffer at field fldHandle.
          Valid for field type D.  The date must first be encoded with
          PXDateEncode.
