   tp_outfree() - get free space in output buffer

   nFree := tp_outfree(nPort)

   nPort       Serial port number.

   Returns     Amount of free space in output buffer.

   Returns the number of characters of free space left in the output
   buffer.

   Example:

       ? tp_outfree(1)
