Remarks

This captures and saves RGB/NTSC/PAL video input displayed on a ATronics
PIB and PIB Plus image capture board to a 512x480 16-bit Targa image file.
Optionally, can display or load the PIB or PIB Plus image capture board
from a 512x480 16-bit Targa file existing on disk, to the ATronics' image
capture buffer. The PIB and PIB Plus work best when used with a dual
monitor system: one PC monitor for your PC Video card and a second NTSC
analog or PC analog monitor for the image capture board.
