Capture a Targa image file from video on a InSite Systems Vision8


Syntax

VISION8 [<switches>] <cFILENAME.TGA> [<nNLeft>] [<nNTop>] 
   [<nNWidth>] [<nNHeight>]


Switch

/rgb
Set RGB camera. Default is NTSC camera.

/c
Compress output Targa file.


Arguments

<cFILENAME.TGA>
The Targa image file to save the captured video to.

<nNLeft>
Optional new left offset.

<nNTop>
Optional new top offset.

<nNWidth>
Optional new width.

<nNHeight>
Optional new height.


Remarks

Vision Technology (manufactured by InSite Systems, formerly by Everex 
Systems) Vision16 image capture board. Captures an NTSC Composite or RGB 
video image from a video camera, Canon Xapshot Electronic Still Imaging 
camera, VHS VCR, or other video sources through a Vision16 image capture 
board. Saves to a Targa 16 image file with user defined parameters.


Example

To capture a video input with the Vision8 to a monochrome 8-bit Targa 
image, HOUSE.TGA, 512x480:
