Driver for ComputerEyes monochrome video capture board


Syntax

COMPEYES [<switches>] <cFILENAME.PCX>


Switch

/b<n>
Set brightness to <n> (0=Dark - 255=Light). Default is 128.

/k<n>
Set contrast to <n> (0=Max - 255=Min). Default is 192.

/m<n>
Set graphic mode to <n> (4, 6, 13, 14, 16, 18, or 19). Default is 19.

/h<n>
Set horizontal centering to <n> (50 - 300). Default is 100.

/v<n>
Set vertical centering to <n> (1 - 50). Default is 15.

/p<n>
Set capture phase to <n> (0 - 3). Default is 0.

/c
Calibrate brightness and contrast.

/d<n>
Set display style to <n> (1 - 4). Default is 2.
Display styles are the following:
1.  High contrast.
2.  Dithered.
3.  Solid grays.
4.  False color.


Arguments

<cFILENAME.PCX>
The PCX image file in which to save the captured image.


Remarks

CompEyes captures video input from Digital Vision ComputerEyes monochrome 
capture board. Captures an NTSC Composite video image from a video camera, 
Canon Xapshot Electronic Still Imaging camera, VHS VCR, or other video 
sources through a Digital Vision ComputerEyes monochrome image capture 
board. Saves to a PCX 8-bit image file with user defined parameters.


Example

To capture video input with ComputerEyes monochrome capture board in video 
mode 19 to a PCX image, HOUSE.PCX, 320x200:

COMPEYES /M19 HOUSE.PCX
